Marianne Burki 是瑞士文化基金会（Prohelvetia) 视觉艺术项目的主席。此次讲座她将与我们共享瑞士当代视觉艺术的现状，同时为观众介绍将在2008年6月在中国美术馆，皇城艺术馆等艺术机构联合推出的 ‘合成时代－媒体中国2008’这次大型国际展览中所有参展的瑞士艺术家及其作品。系统的讲述和现场图片分析，此次演讲是一次使中国观众了解来自瑞士当代艺术的绝好机会，演讲现场将有多家艺术媒体就瑞士当代艺术提出问题和Marianne做现场讨论。

Introduction:
BAMOIC is pleased to invite you to join us for a special talk by Marianne Burki, Head of Visual Art of Prohelvetia (the Swiss Arts Council). She will be talking about contemporary visual art from Switzerland, at the same time introducing the Swiss artists and their works who are participating in the exhibition ‘Synthetic Time – Media Art China 2008’ (organised by the National Art Museum of China, in partnership with Beijing Art Museum of Imperial City)
This talk will be a great opportunity to learn more about the active contemporary arts scene in Switzerland and to get to know the Swiss artists who are participating in Synthetic Time from someone who has been instrumental in promoting Swiss art abroad for many years.
